These Terms of Service govern the use of the StadtListe platform (stadtliste.de), a bilingual directory for professional services in Bavaria, Germany. The platform is operated by Verlinkt, Owner: Babu Marie, Schloßlände 26, 85049 Ingolstadt, Germany (referred to as "we" or "StadtListe").

By accessing and using this website, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you use our services on behalf of a business, you represent that you have authority to bind that business to these terms.

2. Our Platform

StadtListe is a bilingual (German and English) directory for professional services in Bavaria, Germany. We help professionals get found online and give users a clear way to discover professional services in their region.

Our services include:

• Free listings — any professional service can be listed for free as a directory card
• Pro business pages — dedicated page with photos, bilingual presentation, contact button, and QR code
• Advertising slots — visibility through carousel advertising on the home page

3. Free Business Listings

3.1 Submitting a Listing

Anyone can submit a business for free via our "Submit Business" form. All submissions are reviewed by our team before publication. We reserve the right to decline or edit listings that are incomplete, inaccurate, or do not meet our guidelines.

3.2 Accuracy of Information

Business owners who claim a listing are responsible for the accuracy and completeness of the information provided. StadtListe is a directory service and does not assume liability for the correctness of individual listing content.

4. Paid Business Offerings

4.1 Tiers

Small business operator under § 19 UStG — VAT not charged. Annual pricing available on request.

4.2 Setup, Term and Cancellation

Your business page is set up by our team within 24 hours after the contract is signed. All paid plans include a 7-day money-back guarantee: not satisfied within the first 7 days? Full refund, no hassle.

The monthly Pro plan (€39/mo) can be cancelled at the end of any billing month after the guarantee period. The 12-month Pro plan is a fixed-term contract billed monthly; no early cancellation and no partial refunds.

5. Advertising Slots

5.1 Available Ad Formats

StadtListe offers two types of advertising placements on the home page:

All prices subject to VAT. Availability depends on city and current bookings.

5.2 Advertising Contracts

Ad bookings are initiated via our inquiry form. The specific terms — duration, payment conditions, and cancellation periods — are set out in an individual advertising contract signed before the ad goes live.

5.3 Ad Content Guidelines

Ad content must be factually accurate, comply with applicable advertising laws, and must not be misleading, offensive, or discriminatory. StadtListe reserves the right to decline or remove ads that violate these guidelines.

6. User Obligations and Prohibited Activities

Users of the platform agree not to:

• Submit false, misleading, or unlawful content
• Scrape or automatically extract data from the platform without explicit permission
• Take actions that overload or damage the platform's infrastructure
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems or data
• Claim business listings that do not belong to you

7. Intellectual Property

The design, code, and all content created by StadtListe are protected by copyright and remain the property of StadtListe. The StadtListe name and logo are also protected.

By submitting content (e.g. business photos, descriptions), you grant StadtListe a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use and display that content on the platform.

8. Disclaimer of Liability

StadtListe provides the platform as a directory service. We make no warranty as to the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of business information submitted by third parties.

StadtListe is not liable for damages arising from the use or inability to use the information provided, unless such damage is caused by intentional misconduct or gross negligence on our part.

StadtListe accepts no liability for the content of external websites linked from our platform.

9. Platform Availability

We strive to keep the platform reliably available but make no guarantee of uninterrupted access. Maintenance, technical issues, or circumstances beyond our control may cause temporary outages. No right to continuous operation of the platform exists.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold StadtListe harmless from any third-party claims arising from content you submit (e.g. business photos, descriptions) that infringes third-party rights or violates applicable law, including reasonable legal costs incurred in connection with such claims.

11. Termination

You may stop using the platform at any time and for any reason. StadtListe reserves the right to suspend or permanently restrict access to the platform in cases of serious or repeated violations of these Terms of Service.

12. Changes to These Terms

StadtListe reserves the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of the platform after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. The date of the last update is always shown at the top of this page.

13. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms of Service are governed by German law, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG). Disputes arising from or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the German courts.
