These Terms of Service govern the use of the bilingual (German and English) Stadtliste platform (stadtliste.de), which provides professional service providers in Bavaria, Germany, with their own business page and a city-level directory listing. The platform is operated by Verlinkt, Owner: Babu Marie, c/o brigk, Schloßlände 26, 85049 Ingolstadt, Germany (referred to as "we", "us", or "Stadtliste").
By accessing or using this platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you use our services on behalf of a business, you represent that you have the authority to bind that business to these Terms of Service.
Stadtliste's paid offerings (Pro business pages, the Done-for-You setup, and advertising) are directed exclusively at entrepreneurs (businesses) within the meaning of § 14 BGB (German Civil Code), legal entities under public law, or special funds under public law. They are not consumer transactions within the meaning of § 13 BGB. Accordingly, the statutory consumer right of withdrawal does not apply.
Stadtliste is a bilingual (German and English) platform for professional service providers in Bavaria, Germany: professionals receive their own business page and a listing in our city-level directory. We help professionals improve their online visibility and give users a clear and convenient way to discover professional services in their region.
Our services include:
Business Pages (Pro) include an Impressum section for the provider identification of the respective business pursuant to § 5 DDG. The respective business itself is responsible for the content and accuracy of the information provided in its Impressum.
Anyone may submit a business for inclusion in the directory free of charge through our "Submit Business" form. All submissions are reviewed by our team before publication. We reserve the right to reject, edit, or remove listings that are incomplete, inaccurate, misleading, or otherwise do not comply with our guidelines.
Business owners who claim a listing are responsible for ensuring that the information provided is accurate, complete, and kept up to date. Stadtliste does not assume liability for the accuracy or completeness of information published by businesses.
Before publishing a listing, we manually review publicly available information to confirm that:
Listings that do not meet these criteria may be declined.
For claimed Business Pages (Pro), we additionally verify, before activation, that the person setting up the page is authorised to represent the business. Verified Business Pages display a Pro check mark next to the business name. The Pro check mark indicates only a Stadtliste Pro listing whose ownership has been confirmed.
The Pro check mark does not indicate that Stadtliste:
The verification is based on the information available at the time of publication or activation and does not replace a user's own due diligence.

By selecting a paid plan and completing the checkout, you submit a binding offer. The contract is concluded upon our confirmation or upon activation of the paid service.
Payment is processed via our payment service provider. The annual plan is charged once in advance for 12 months; the monthly plan is charged monthly in advance. If a payment fails or is not made, we are entitled to suspend or discontinue the paid services after a reasonable grace period. If the amount remains unpaid after the grace period, we reserve the right to pursue any legally available remedies. As a small business operator under § 19 UStG, no VAT is charged.
Your business page is set up by our team within 24 hours of the conclusion of the contract.
All paid plans include a 7-day money-back guarantee: if you are not satisfied within the first 7 days, we refund the full amount.
The Pro Monthly plan (€39/month) is billed monthly and may be cancelled at any time. Your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period, after which it will not renew. Payments already made for the current billing period are non-refundable, except where required by law or covered by the 7-day money-back guarantee.
The Pro Annual plan (€348/year) is billed annually in advance for a 12-month subscription term. It renews automatically for successive 12-month terms unless cancelled before the renewal date. After the 7-day money-back guarantee period has expired, no full or partial refunds are provided for the unused portion of the subscription term.
You can cancel your subscription at any time through the billing portal (Stripe Customer Portal) linked in your confirmation email, or by sending a cancellation request to [email protected].
The Done-for-You setup is a one-time custom service provided specifically for your business and is not covered by the 7-day money-back guarantee. Once work has commenced or the service has been performed (including, but not limited to, an on-site visit, photography, or creation of the Business Page), the setup fee is non-refundable.
Any Pro subscription included with or following the Done-for-You setup is subject to the subscription terms above.
Stadtliste offers two types of advertising placements on the home page:

Ad bookings are initiated via our inquiry form. The specific terms (duration, payment conditions, and cancellation periods) are set out in an individual advertising contract signed before the ad goes live.
Ad content must be factually accurate, comply with applicable advertising laws, and must not be misleading, offensive, or discriminatory. Stadtliste reserves the right to decline or remove ads that violate these guidelines.
Users of the platform agree not to:
The design, code, and all content created by Stadtliste are protected by copyright and remain the property of Stadtliste. The Stadtliste name and logo are also protected.
By submitting content (e.g. business photos, descriptions), you grant Stadtliste a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use and display that content on the platform.
Stadtliste provides a platform for business pages and a business directory. We make no warranty as to the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of the business information provided by the businesses or third parties, nor of the content of linked external websites.
Stadtliste is liable for damages, on any legal ground, only as follows:
The foregoing limitations of liability also apply in favour of Stadtliste's legal representatives and vicarious agents.
We strive to keep the platform reliably available but make no guarantee of uninterrupted access. Maintenance, technical issues, or circumstances beyond our control may cause temporary outages. No right to continuous operation of the platform exists.
You agree to indemnify and hold Stadtliste harmless from any third-party claims arising from content you submit (e.g. business photos, descriptions) that infringes third-party rights or violates applicable law, including reasonable legal costs incurred in connection with such claims.
You may stop using the platform at any time and for any reason. Stadtliste reserves the right to suspend or permanently restrict access to the platform in cases of serious or repeated violations of these Terms of Service.
Stadtliste may amend these Terms of Service where necessary, for example due to changes in the legal framework, supreme-court case law, or further development of the platform, provided the change does not unreasonably disadvantage the user.
Users with an existing paid contract (Pro) will be notified of intended changes in text form (e.g. by email to the address on file) at least six weeks before they take effect. The notification will set out the specific changes, the right to object, and the significance of remaining silent.
If the user does not object in text form before the changes take effect, their consent is deemed given. If the user objects, either party may terminate the contract as of the date the change takes effect; until then, the previous terms continue to apply.
For free listings and for mere use of the platform without a paid contract, the version published at the time of use applies. The date of the last update is always shown at the top of this page.
These Terms of Service are governed by German law, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG). Disputes arising from or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the German courts.
